Jordan Tubb represented the Landlord, and John Coleman represented the new tenant, Glenn Associates. Glenn Associates is a manufacturers’ representative agency serving the electrical industry throughout the Southeast, proudly serving Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, Southern Mississippi and the Florida Panhandle. 144 Industrial Drive’s original tenant was House of Threads, a Birmingham-based fastener supply company. The building sits on 7.66 acre, park-like site and includes 17,480 SF of renovated office space and 50,000 SF warehouse area.
