John Coleman, SIOR of Graham & Company brokered the sale of 2401 24th St. North, an industrial facility in the Central industrial submarket. John represented the Seller, Dixie Produce, a produce company located in Chattanooga, TN who supplies retail and restaurants throughout the Southeast. Dixie Produce purchased this building in 2024 and upgraded the coolers and freezer components and the building’s electrical capacity.  BKB Holdings LLC purchased this 33,000 SF building.
