BIRMINGHAM, Alabama – Graham & Co. said its brokers have completed a number of sales and lease transactions and the company has assigned a new broker for some of its office leasing efforts.
Graham’s Sam Carroll will direct leasing efforts for Meadow Brook North, Grandview II, and The Plaza office buildings. Meadow Brook North has four “Class A” office buildings with more than half a million square feet of space, a 13-acre lake and a 1.3-mile walking trail. Grandview II is a 149,500-square-foot “Class A” office building at the intersection of U.S. 280 and Interstate 459 with high-grade finishes, lake views, parking and a
fitness center. The Plaza (formerly Regions Plaza) is a 17-story, 218,000-square-foot office tower in the heart of Birmingham’s Central Business District now home to Viva Health (which recently put its name atop the building) with nearly 100,000 square feet of available space.
Carroll also represented Charter Communications in its lease of 4,675 square feet at The Alexander City Marketplace in Alexander City. Regency Properties represented the landlord.
Graham’s Sonny Culp handled the lease of Plastipak Packaging Inc.’s 120,120-square-foot renewal of its plant in Jefferson Metropolitan Park in McCalla. Culp also represented the seller of a 27,000-square-foot manufacturing facility at 4400 Speedway Boulevard in Lincoln.
Graham’s Ogden Deaton represented the landlord and DTZ represented PODS in a lease extension and expansion of 71,300 square feet at BN Park in Ensley.
Graham’s Jack Brown represented the landlord renewing a 25,500-square-foot lease with Royal Cup Coffee at 2720 Southeastern Circle.
Graham & Co. represented Meadow Brook 100 and Daniel Corp. represented Sain Engineering in its renewal of 9,150 square feet of office space.
Graham’s Mike Lawley represented BBVA Compass in its disposition of a 2,021-square-foot office building in Decatur.
