After graduating from Auburn University, Dan joined Graham & Company in 1991. He has earned the Specialist in Industrial and Office Real Estate (SIOR) designation and is one of a select group of office designated SIOR’s in the State of Alabama. He is presently Senior Vice President at Graham & Company, having been involved in some of the largest commercial real estate transactions in the state of Alabama during his career.
Dan works with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers and is very active in the tenant representation market locally and nationally. Dan has been very effectual in the sale and leasing of office buildings including owner/user occupancy, investment transactions, rehabilitation, and development. He also assists clients in understanding and implementing the 1031 tax deferred exchange, acting on behalf of clients during the acquisition and/or disposition of such property. He holds membership in several trade and community groups and has been active in the community.

Christie’s primary responsibilities as Human Resources Manager include developing, implementing and administering all human resources programs and policies for Graham & Company.
As Client Services Manager, she supervises the administrative support staff providing services to both of Birmingham’s brokerage teams — while providing, and directing, administrative and marketing efforts for the Office Group.
As a member of the Office Group’s team, Christie is the first line of contact for Dan Lovell. Her responsibilities include design and production of informational packages and presentations, coordinating meetings, showing properties and performing due diligence activities — as well as organizing marketing efforts, contracts and various other details concerning assignments, and assisting individual and corporate clients.

Hayden joined Graham& Company in 2002. Educated at Vanderbilt and with an MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Hayden spent 17 years specializing in valuations and appraisals of a wide variety of commercial real estate to include professional office, medical office, retail, and industrial properties. Her clients range from financial institutions, attorneys, accountants, municipalities, and institutional clients. She earned the MAI designation of the Appraisal Institute in 2010.
In 2019, she transitioned to her current role as Vice President of Corporate Services. Her valuation background provides a strong foundation for negotiating leases for a corporate client on a nationwide platform. Hayden’s attention to detail, organizational skills, and real estate knowledge provide the essential tools for providing tenant representation and lease administration for more than450 locations throughout the United States.

Charles began his career in 1982 in Dallas, Texas with M.E.P.C. American Properties focusing on Class A office leasing and development. He was then recruited to work for CARTER in Atlanta, Georgia where he worked on the development and leasing team of CARTER’S Class A office towers Campanile and Eleven Hundred Peachtree Street; two of the first office towers built in Midtown Atlanta. He later moved back to his home town of Birmingham and joined Sloss Development Group to work on the redevelopment of the former Southern Company HQ building on Shades Creek Parkway, now known as Synovus Center. Charles later teamed up with David Walker in founding Brookmont Realty Group, LLC in 1997. Brookmont merged with Graham & Company in January of 2020.
Charles has completed numerous real estate transactions and developments throughout his career representing landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers, and owners and investors of commercial real estate.

Charles is a 1982 graduate of the Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business and majored in Commercial Real Estate.

Community Involvement
Charles is a committed supporter of the Birmingham community. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Art Fund, Inc., Main Street Alabama Board, and a former member of the Board of Trustees of the Birmingham Museum of Art. He has served on the Highlands School Board of Trustees and a former member of The Altamont School Alumni Board and the Operation New Birmingham Community Board and is an active member of Independent Presbyterian Church.

Before joining Graham&Co, Crosby worked for Jones Lang LaSalle, Inc. (“JLL”) in Atlanta as part of the Original Industrial Capital Markets platform, where he contributed to more than $3.5 billion of industrial investment sales transactions.
