Human Resources and Client Services Manager
Christie’s primary responsibilities as Human Resources Manager include developing, implementing and administering all human resources programs and policies for Graham & Company.
As Client Services Manager, she supervises the administrative support staff providing services to both of Birmingham’s brokerage teams — while providing, and directing, administrative and marketing efforts for the Office Group.
As a member of the Office Group’s team, Christie is the first line of contact for Dan Lovell. Her responsibilities include design and production of informational packages and presentations, coordinating meetings, showing properties and performing due diligence activities — as well as organizing marketing efforts, contracts and various other details concerning assignments, and assisting individual and corporate clients.
