Graham & Company is pleased to announce Chadwell Supply will join Utz Brands & Home Depot at Crossroads Commerce Center, a new industrial distribution development by Graham & Company located off Daniel Payne Dr. Chadwell Supply, based in Tampa, FL, is a family-owned maintenance and repair operations (MRO) supply business concentrating on the multi-family industry. Chadwell Supply will occupy 93,000 SF of space in the just completed Phase II building of Crossroads Commerce Center. The remaining 93,000 SF is available for lease.
Phase II of Crossroads Commerce Center is a 186,000 SF twin of the first phase, which was completed Spring 2022. “With the first phase, we prepared the building pad for the second phase. Thankfully, the demand for phase I allowed us to accelerate the phase two schedule.”, said Henry Graham, Vice President of Development at Graham & Co. Phase II had shell delivery in August, and there is additional room for a future development. Currently, both buildings represent an investment exceeding $30 million. According to Jack Brown, Senior Vice President at Graham & Co, “The interest level has been active. We have a live camera on the construction site which allows us to update potential prospects in real time. We have found in marketing this project that the central location, trailer parking and signalized access to Daniel Payne Drive is appealing.”
