Grandview Medical Center has signed a large long-term lease for space in an office building on its U.S. 280 campus.Grandview Medical Center is taking 16,701 square feet on the sixth floor of the Grandview II Building at 3595 Grandview Pkwy. Dr. The new lease, which will begin in mid 2020, was signed for 10 years.The Class A suburban office space will be vacated by IberiaBank as the firm relocates its Birmingham operations to the office building at 2000 International Park Dr., which it purchased two years ago.Taylor Glaze, vice president at NAI Chase Commercial Birmingham, represented Grandview Medical Center.
