BIRMINGHAM, Alabama – Graham & Co. brokers recently completed a number of commercial real estate deals.
Graham brokers Walter Brown and Brad Jones represented the owner in the sale of the 144,296-square-foot medical office building at 880 Montclair Road on the Trinity Medical Center campus. Colliers International-Alabama represented the purchaser in the transaction. The new owners plan to market the building to high-density users such as medical and technology companies.
Graham’s Jordan Tubb represented the owner of Hoover Business Park on Lorna Ridge Drive in the sale of the three-building, 40,365-square-foot office and warehouse investment property. Engel Realty Co. represented the buyer.
Graham’s Sam Carroll represented the owner of the 26,000-square-foot, two-story office building at 2188 Parkway Lake Drive in the sale of the building to D.R. Horton Inc., represented by Hazelrig Realty Co.
Graham’s Jack Brown brokered the sale of a 15,000-square-foot industrial facility at 4132 Second Ave. South to NelBran Glass.
Graham’s John Coleman represented the landlord and Graham’s Ogden Deaton represented the tenant in Gexpro’s lease of 11,052 square feet of industrial space at 4759 Alton Ct.
Graham’s Walter Brown represented the landlord and DTZ Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant in Tri-State Computer Institute’s expansion and renewal of 49,608 square feet of office space in Lakeshore Crossings Business Park at 100 London Parkway.
