BIRMINGHAM  Graham & Company’s Sam Carroll, SIOR, successfully brokered a 28-acre Irondale land acquisition.  Sam represented Charlotte-based Adams Beverage in the purchase of property at 1851 John Rogers Drive from Guiding Light Church.  Adams Beverage intends to build a distribution center here in the next ten years.
