BIRMINGHAM  Graham & Company’s Ogden Deaton, SIOR and Jordan Tubb, SIOR, successfully brokered the sale of an Irondale office/warehouse.  The 49,000 SF industrial facility sits on 2.86 acres on Commerce Blvd and was the former location of W.R. Grace & Company Construction Products.   Jordan Tubb represented the purchaser, Commerce Development LLC.
