Why do you think Birmingham’s business leaders chose your company as one they admire? Graham & Co. has consistently provided professional services from leasing and sales to property management services.
We strive to treat our clients tenants vendors and staff with fairness and a desire for repeat business.
What have you done as a company to achieve those qualities? Regular internal assessment of our efficiencies and deliverables go a long way to assure a seamless experience for lease-up and move-in for our tenants.
What are the three words you hope business leaders would use to describe your company? Fair, firm and forward-thinking.
A lot of respondents in our survey said they admired how a company responded to adversity. What’s a challenge your business has faced and how did it respond? Since the reset of pricing and values that began in 2008, Graham & Co. took the normal steps of right-sizing our staff, painful for many, adjusting expenses and focusing on maintaining occupancy levels and a high level of service for our tenant base.
