More property near Pepper Place is changing hands.
Two adjacent properties on Second Avenue North in the district were recently sold.
Full Circle Properties LLC purchased the properties at 3025 and 3029 Second Avenue South from The Geo. F. Wheelock Co., according to public records. The purchase price was $1.33 million. Sonny Culp represented the buyer and John Coleman represented the seller.
AI Interiors also purchased the location of its office, 3017B Second Avenue South, from the same seller in a separate deal for $1.485 million.
The properties are both located near Pepper Place, an area that has seen a flurry of activity in recent years – including a new event venue called The Theodore and projects like Sloss Docks.
