Our approach to retail is twofold, offering landlords tailored leasing and management services while bringing value to retailers in our local markets which cannot be achieved through a national brokerage firm. We accomplish this by being specialized in knowledge of the local market, working in tandem with landlords and retailers, forming long standing partnerships of equal benefit, and managing our portfolio to maximum benefit to all parties.
