Dan Lovell has been with Graham & Company since 1991, and works with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers. He is very active in the tenant representation market, locally and nationally — negotiating office space requirements which include relocations, renewals, and expansions for both tenants and landlords. Dan has also been consistently successful in the sale and leasing of office buildings, including owner/user occupancy, investment transactions, rehabilitation and development. Additionally, he assists clients in understanding and implementing the 1031 tax-deferred exchange, acting on behalf of clients during the acquisition and/or disposition of such property.
