BIRMINGHAM, Alabama – Graham & Co. brokers recently completed a number of property sales and leases throughout the Birmingham metro area.

Mercedes-Benz supplier, Decoma Modular Systems, extended its lease of 120,120 square feet of warehouse space at Jefferson Metropolitan Distribution Center in the Jefferson Metropolitan Park in McCalla. Sonny Culp with Graham & Co. represented the landlord and EGS Commercial Real Estate Inc. represented Decoma.

Tubular Products Co. leased an 80,000-square-foot, crane-served manufacturing facility at 4280 Pinson Valley Parkway. Jack Brown of Graham handled the lease.

Summit Investment Management LLC leased 48,300 square feet of industrial space at Interstate Industrial Park to Eisenmann Group. Graham’s Ogden Deaton handled the transaction.

Loomis Fargo & Co. renewed its 25,000-square-foot industrial lease at Airport Highway Park. John Coleman of Graham represented the owner.

Dal-Tile renewed its 14,500-square-foot industrial lease at Oxmoor South Industrial Park. Graham’s Culp represented the tenant and The Barber Companies Inc. represented the landlord.

Ferguson, Frost & Dodson leased 11,134 square feet of office space at the Urban Center 1400 building at Liberty Park. Walter Brown of Graham represented the tenant and Hydinger Stewart & Chew Commercial Properties LLC represented the landlord.

Transtar Industries Inc., a national automotive parts distributor, renewed its 11,000-square-foot lease at 2917 Third Ave. North. Graham’s Coleman represented the tenant.

C&G Rental Co. purchased a 10,000-square-foot industrial building at 5541 Derby Drive. Coleman of Graham represented the seller and Shannon Waltchack represented the purchaser.

Garrett Mine Services purchased an 8,750-square-foot office and warehouse at 5521 Powder Plant Lane in Bessemer. Graham’s Jack Brown represented the seller and EGS Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer.

ContinuumRx Services Inc. leased 8,292 square feet of office space at Meadow Brook 1200. Brad Jones of Graham & Co. represented the landlord and Hazelrig Realty Services represented the tenant.

Bainbridge, Mims, Rogers & Smith renewed its 6,158-square-foot office lease in the Luckie Building off U.S. 280. Graham’s Dan Lovell represented the tenant and EGS Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord.

United Technologies Realty Inc. renewed its lease of 4,997 square feet of office and warehouse space at Cahaba Valley Service Center in Pelham. Graham’s Deaton represented the landlord and EGS Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.

SouthernCare Inc. leased 4,540 square feet at Greenway Business Park. Walter Brown of Graham represented the landlord and Hydinger, Stewart & Chew Commercial Properties represented the tenant.

Alabama Telco Credit Union purchased the 4,430-square-foot former retail bank branch at 420 Old Highway 280. Mike Lawley of Graham represented the seller and Graham’s Walter Brown represented Alabama Telco.

Clearwinds Technologies renewed its 2,087-square-foot lease at Colonnade 3800. Graham’s Walter Brown represented the tenant and CBRE represented the owner.

Radiology Associates of Birmingham leased 1,816 square feet at Lakeshore Park Plaza. Graham’s Walter Brown represented the tenant and Daniel Corp. represented the landlord.

The former Courtney’s restaurant located at 2330 Sixth Ave South sold to a local investor. Graham’s Deaton represented the seller.

Shelby West Corporate Park lots one and two, totaling more than four acres, were sold to a local investor. Graham brokers Mike Lawley and Brad Jones represented the seller in the transaction.

Blair Logistics leased three acres of land at 3600 Richard Arrington Jr. Blvd. Graham’s Coleman represented the landlord.

Graham & Co.’s Huntsville office also completed recent deals, including the lease of a 62,000-square-foot Cochran Road warehouse to Kohler Co. kitchen and bath distributor in which Graham’s Jeff Wilke represented the landlord.

Graham’s David Garnett represented the landlord in a 15-year lease of 8,125 square feet to O’Reilly’s Auto Parts.
