Jacksonville, Florida Office

The Jacksonville Graham & Company office serves as the Company’s north Florida service platform for its brokerage and property management functions.

Opened in 2006, the office maintains a staff of 5, which is responsible for the oversight and leasing of some 650,000 square feet of office and industrial assets on behalf of Graham Commercial Properties, Inc. in the greater Jacksonville area. In addition, the office represents several third party clients with both exclusive project leasing and tenant representation assignments in both the industrial and office sectors.

Like the south and central Florida, Jacksonville and the north Florida area has experienced a strong surge in population and economic growth in the past decade. Job growth has been robust, with particular labor gains in the residential construction and service sectors. Jacksonville is increasingly seen as a hub for commercial activity due to its Port facilities and strategic location at the intersection of Interstate-95 and Interstate-10.

The Jacksonville industrial market, which consists of approximately 100M square feet, has emerged from the recessionary cycle with strong growth and declining vacancies. Similarly, the Jacksonville office market, with over 51M square feet of space, has experienced significant absorption as business expansion has taken hold in the market. As the north Florida economy continues to grow, the Jacksonville real estate market will continue to benefit as the dominant commercial center in the area.
