Crossroads Commerce Center has been awarded Costar’s 2023 Impact Award for commercial development of the year for the Birmingham market. Costar’s Impact Award is awarded annually to nominated commercial real estate projects and transactions which strongly influence their market or submarkets. This is the first year the Impact Awards have been held in the Birmingham market.
Crossroads Commerce Center is leased by Jack Brown, SIOR and Sonny Culp, SIOR and developed by Graham & Company. According to one of the local judges, ” The project is creating jobs from the community and generating great revenue” for Birmingham and Jefferson County, said Janice James Douthard, industrial parks and real estate manager for the city of Birmingham. “The location being near the major interstates was an awesome move for the developers.
