BIRMINGHAM, Alabama – Graham & Co. brokers recently completed a number of commercial real estate sales and leases.

John Coleman represented the owner in the sale of the 115,000-square-foot manufacturing facility at 1828 Burgundy Lane in Cullman. Coleman also represented the landlord in the 32,600-square-foot lease renewal to Diversified Contractors Inc. at Airport Highway Park.

Coleman also represented the owner in the sale of a 12,300-square-foot, free-standing truck and equipment facility on 5 acres at 2300 Wenonah Oxmoor Road. Red Rock Realty Group represented the buyer, Kenan Transport LLC.

Ogden Deaton represented the Salvation Army in its sale of the 51,700-square-foot, three-building former Youth Services complex on 36 acres at 6001 Crestwood Blvd. to the Arc of Jefferson County. Arc, which provides services to individuals with intellectual disabilities, plans to renovate the property for its use. Deaton also represented Hubbell Inc. it its sale of the 19,742-square-foot former USCO Power Equipment facility at 824 North 36th Way.

Deaton also represented the landlord in the 62,980-square-foot warehouse lease to BLOX LLC at Interstate Industrial Park in Bessemer. Corporate Realty Associates Inc. represented BLOX.

Deaton also represented the landlord and Jack Brown of Graham represented ICL Inc. in its lease extension and expansion of its 30-acre Intermodal facility at Interstate Industrial Park in Bessemer.

Jack Brown also represented the seller and Coleman represented the purchaser in the sale of the 12,400-square-foot industrial building at 5541 Powder Plant Lane in Bessemer. Jack Brown also represented the owner in the sale of a 24,750-square-foot office and warehouse at 800 LaBarge Dr. KW Commercial represented the buyer.

Sam Carroll represented Tyco Integrated Security in leasing 25,412 square feet at 1800 International Park, which was represented by CBRE. Carroll also represented the landlord leasing 7,468 square feet to Process Automation and Simulation Services Inc. at 165 Cahaba Valley Parkway in Pelham. He also represented ADT Security Service Inc. in its 4,324-square-foot lease renewal at Progress Center in Huntsville. Colliers International represented the landlord.

Carroll also represented Gary C. Wyatt Inc. in its lease renewal of 3,800 square feet at Riverchase Business Park, which was represented by Engel Realty Company Inc. Carroll also represented Winston Cooks in its relocation into 2,000 square feet at the Two North Twentieth building downtown, which was represented by Harbert Realty Services.

Carroll and Coleman represented Gunnells Capital LLC in its sale of the 3,000-square-foot office condo at 2201 Providence Park.

Walter Brown represented Greenway Business Center LLC in its sale of Greenway Business Park, a 21,895-square-foot office building at 1280 Columbiana Road. Progressive Properties LLC represented the purchaser. Walter Brown also represented Baptist Health Centers Inc. in the sale of the 9,292-square-foot medical office building at 7530 Parkway Dr. in Leeds to Community Presbyterian Church.

Dan Lovell and John Coleman represented the landlord in its 82,200-square-foot lease renewal to BBVA Compass at 750 Lakeshore Parkway. CBRE represented BBVA Compass.

Sonny Culp represented the owner Alabama Business Furnishings in the sale of its 19,600-square-foot office and warehouse at 1201 Third Ave. North to iMEDEQUIP LLC.

Jordan Tubb represented the seller and ARC Realty represented Z Outlet in its purchase of the 14,500-square-foot warehouse at 3419 Lorna Lane in Hoover. Z Outlet plans to use it for its new distribution center.

Brad Jones represented Greystone Ventures LLC in its sale of an office condominium at 850 Corporate Parkway to M. Brooks Clark, represented by ARC Realty.
