saddle-creek_304Saddle Creek Logistics Services has finished moving into a newly renovated warehouse in the Ensley-area industrial center BN Park.

Since Florida-based Saddle Creek Corp. signed a 10-year lease in November, landlord BN Park LLC has made $1.5 million in renovations to the 225,000-square-foot warehouse at 2501 13th St. near the BNSF Railway. Rent details weren’t disclosed.

The warehouse – which will employ about 30 people – will be dedicated to one customer, an undisclosed wine logistics company, the company said in a release. Saddle Creek relocated the operations dedicated to the customer from Atlanta beginning in January. The warehouse was operational Feb. 1, although the move was completed more recently.

The landlord’s renovation team included general contractor WatsonBruhn Builders LLC and architect Designform Inc.

Ogden Deaton of Graham & Co. LLC, an owner of BN Park, represented both landlord and tenant in the lease negotiations.
