Georgia-Pacific leased 78,016 square feet at Airport Distribution Center, 265 Short Pike Road in Huntsville. Jeff Wilke, CCIM, SIOR, LEED AP represented the owner while Jeremy Pope, CCIM, SIOR along with CBRE represented the tenant. Airport Distribution Center is a modern warehouse in the Jetplex Industrial Park adjacent to the Huntsville International Airport. Georgia-Pacific will be producing corrugated container boxes and is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of tissue, pulp, paper, packaging and building products.
