Ambulance service leases space at Barber Business Park

BIRMINGHAM, Alabama — Lifeguard Ambulance Service of Florida leased 8,717 square feet at Barber Business Park at 216 Aquarius Dr. in Homewood, Graham & Co. announced.

Jack Brown of Graham & Co. and The Barber Companies completed the transaction.

Graham & Co. also announced other deals involving its brokers:

AEA Group LLC subleased 4,401 square feet at Regions Harbert Plaza. Dan Lovell represented the subtenant and CBRE represented the sublandlord.

Sinclair Williams LLC will continue to operate in 1,303 square feet at SouthBridge. Maddie Humphries and Brad Jones represented the landlord.

SourcePointe renewed 4,888 square feet and expanded by 2,194 square feet for a total of 7,082 square feet at SouthBridge. Maddie Humphries and Brad Jones represented the landlord and Corporate Realty Associates Inc. represented the tenant.

Dollar General purchased 8,901 square feet of retail space at 4906 U.S. Highway 231 in Wetumpka. John Coleman and Shannon Waltchack handled the deal.

Graham & Co. renewed its lease of 10,060 square feet at the 110 Building. Dan Lovell represented the landlord.

ADT LLC renewed its lease of 15,000 square feet at Cahaba Valley Business Park, Building 291. Sam Carroll and CBRE represented the tenant and EGS Commercial Real Estate Inc. represented the landlord.

CRT Capital Group LLC leased 1,493 square feet at 2100 SouthBridge Parkway. Thornton Hydinger of Hydinger Stewart & Chew Commercial Properties represented the tenant and Maddie Humphries and Brad Jones represented the landlord.

Ericsson Inc. leased 2,400 square feet at The Sain Center at 244 West Valley Avenue. John Coleman represented the tenant and Southpace Properties represented the landlord.

Grayson & Associates finalized plans to renew 4,737 square feet at Meadow Brook 1200 off of U.S. 280. Brad Jones represented the landlord and Dan Lovell represented the tenant.
